What are the With-God Education courses and how will these courses help me?
At With-God Education, we believe that teachers (parents or school teachers) are the curriculum. In this course, we will be reflecting on how we are spiritually formed and the different ideas that have made us who we are. We will then explore how each subject can be taught for the spiritual formation of a child to train them to grow to become more and more like Jesus.
Parents/ Educators can use this learning at home with one’s children if you are family-schooling (home-schooling) or you can use this learning to train your school-going children as well. The course will help you in the following ways:
1) To understand the underpinning worldviews of any curriculum and renovate it using the With-God Education framework to plan and prepare annual plans, unit plans, and lesson plans to teach or engage with the children.
2) To explore how each subject can be taught for the spiritual formation of a child to train them to grow to become more and more like Jesus.
3) To be attentive to understand and discern the ideas that are communicated through education, media internet, books, audio, movies, social media, culture, social, political, and religious ideologies.
4) To connect deeply with your children reflecting God’s love and grace to them.
